The Role
This role reports directly to the Finance and IT Director.
The main responsibilities of the role are to ensure your IT Support and Infrastructure colleague is supported and the Applications are supported.
The focus of the role is on Business processes and testing.
There is also an escalation point and team in both Hong Kong and the global head office in France.
Experience and profile
- Strong Application and IT Support experience
- SQL
- Experience supporting Microsoft Navision, GP
- Experience supporting Cognos , rebuilding cubes etc
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of Business processes
- A friendly flexible approach and manner
- Testing experience
- Previous experience in POS environment would be highly regarded
- SAP experience would be highly desirable
