Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a capably experienced and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our Cleanaway team at Gladstone. Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for responding promptly, in a positive, professional and timely manner, to internal and external customers, by listening effectively to determine the best course of action and implementing timely action to meet the customer’s requirements. Key responsibilities will include accurate data entry, proactively identifying opportunities to add value for our customers and filing and archiving service record documentation.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
To be successful in this role, candidates will require previous experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, in a customer service team or office environment. The successful candidate will also possess a demonstrated commitment to customer service, good telephone etiquette and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
It is expected that the ideal applicant will possess highly effective skills in written and verbal communication, data entry, literacy and numeracy, time management; and organisation. Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office will also be required.
