The Position:
- Providing first-class customer service for both internal and external clients
- Processing customer sales and service agreements
- Ensure delivery, installation, training and service billings
- Extensive liaison with clients/sales team/franchises/service team
- Maintain efficient and accurate documentation
- ..and so much more!
To be successful you will require the following attributes:
- Have worked in a similar role working with a busy sales team
- This role would suit an individual with the maturity to build relationships & deal with all levels of personnel
- Solid experience in co-ordinating and scheduling of product/delivery/installations
- Excellent attention to detail and mature in outlook
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure you will be dealing
