This is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment for 3 years at 60.80 hours per fortnight with the possibility of extension.

Other Conditions: Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "identical" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from the start date of the first applicant appointed.
Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic person to the position of Chemist In Charge - Quality Control. In this role you will manage a system of quality assurance and control, including human and physical resources, for the pharmaceutical production carried out by the Department of Pharmacy and AUSPMAN in compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Act with authority delegated by the Head of Department, Pharmacy and Auspman.
